His passion for mining and helping individuals shape their futures led to the establishment of Stratton Recruitment in 2021. Known for his no-nonsense approach and dedication to the cause, he makes himself available around the clock to address client needs. Outside of Stratton, Jack enjoys long walks on the beach with a bevvy in hand.

Away from work, Erica can be found going back to back in workout classes and enjoying a good coffee afterwards.
